We are currently looking for a Global Brand Content Senior Specialist to join the Marketing department to lead the development and implementation of a brand content strategy to engage and retain customers and drive profitable growth in chosen market sectors.
This person will have to manage the various brands of the MSC cargo division. It is therefore essential, to have strong brand management skills to ensure that the specifics of each brand are represented consistently across the world.
The person must be adept at building relationships, as this role requires strong dialogue and team working with both worldwide agencies and HQ departments.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role will be to:
In conjunction with the Global Brand Manager, define and manage the MSC Cargo Divisions brands’ content strategy and development globally
Design and implement processes across agencies and HQ functions to support an effective content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives
Define and manage content marketing initiatives through various channels to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention
Manage a campaign calendar and deliver engaging content on a regular basis, ensuring a strong web presence
Design and drive the production of brand assets (video, photos, etc.), executive presentations, marketing & sales collateral, event materials supporting the content marketing initiatives
Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS CAMPAIGNS
In conjunction with the Global Brand Manager, contribute to the definition of the global advertising budgets and media planning
Manage the creative process for new marketing communications campaigns across all channels (digital & print)
Understand local messaging and ensure they’re on-brand but tailored to local regions business plans
Provide guidance to local agencies regarding their local advertising programs to deliver right mix of awareness & ROI.
The successful candidates will have the following criteria's:
Bachelors’ degree or master in marketing or communications required
6-8 years marketing communications experience in a B2B company or equivalent experience in a creative agency
Proven work experience in content marketing and brand management, in creating content for the web and growing a social audience
Experience in event brand content development
Perfect command of both English and French, written and spoken. Additional language: Spanish is a plus.
