JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Market Strategy Analyst will provide support in developing the overall commercial & go-to-market strategy from definition of processes, portfolio strategy across countries (brand opening and closure), distribution strategy of brands to strategic account planning process.
He/she will be partner of marketing, product, commercial teams in driving the success of business critical key projects, defining objectives, goals e ROI.
The role is also responsible for identifying the market opportunities, providing ad-hoc analysis and/or presentations of key account performance, regional trends, stakeholder management and overall commercial strategy and planning.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Support development of short-and long-term vision and strategic plans for commercial strategy, new business models both from portfolio and market perspective
Build relationships across all levels within various functions spanning Business Groups, wholesale/retail/e-comm dep.and Global Operations functions to be able to drive commitment and implement innovation and transformation activities related to commercial strategy, new business models
Provide ad-hoc decision-making analysis on key initiatives, account and region performance
Create key commercial presentations for internal stakeholders
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
4/6 years of experience in Strategic Consulting firms or Business development department
Master Degree in Economics/Business Management
Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills
Drive for results and ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage projects in a cross-functional context
Team working and communication skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excel and Powerpoint Proficiency
