"or a defined level of project complexity and contract value (normally low complexity Projects and/or Supply Only Projects) he/she has the responsibility to plan, prepare, execute, and finalise the project in accordance with the customers contractual terms and specification, within the agreed timescales and budget, this includes coordinating the project team as well as any third-party contractors or consultants. He/She is also responsible for creating clear project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints cost, time, scope, and quality. Due to particular project configuration this specific role can be considered as an entry level role for project manager role with higher complexity. Tasks 1. Is the focal point for all project activities and retains the final responsibility for the execution of the Project. He represents the Company towards the Client and resolves all issues related to the implementation of the Project activities. 2. Direct and manage all aspects of multi-discipline projects from inception through completion 3. Define and control base line scope, programme and allowances in line with the change management procedures 4. Preparation of the project execution plan for the execution of all project activities in accordance with the Company Business operating procedures and specific client/contract requirements 5. Ensures the development and the revision of the Project Execution Plan, monitor the progress of the project phases, in accordance with the scheduled times and the cost and quality estimates and objectives. 6. Define the policies and processes for clear communications to all parties involved in the project 7. Manage the preparation and regular update of the project programme against which project deliverables are monitored and controlled 8. Establishes a budget; monitor the costs against the budget, identify and implement remedial actions in case of overrun; report to the area corporate the results on regular base. 9. Ensures the correct allocation of the resources necessary for carrying on and completing the project. 10. Ensures that the level of performance is in accordance with the Contract specifications, that the costs fall within the estimate limits, and that the execution time of the project phases progress as set down in the contract. 11. Initiate and review engineering design, procurement, manufacturing/ production operations and field activity to ensure compliance with project specifications 12. Manages all contract negotiations with the Client, including additional work and variations. 13. Undertakes any necessary actions with the Client with regard to payments in the event of disputes or anomalous delays. 14. Optimise completion of deliverables 15. Review project control status 16. Report progress in compliance with the project execution plan mandates 17. Deliver customer satisfaction 18. Manage project through the overall life cycle 19. Produces a project close-out report containing all significant information for future use by the company units concerned. 20. Actively support, as a Project Management group, the needs of all projects Competenze ed esperienze richieste Around 3 years of Project Management experience in structured environments exposed to manufacturing and/or complex projects Technical background and preferably Degree in Technical Engineering disciplines Languages, excellent written/spoken English Effective leadership and communications skills, projecting competence and credibility Experience running projects in large organisations where time to market and cost are critical success factors Experience of working in an environment of change involving new systems, new processes and culture change Stakeholder management skills to Senior level Driven and focussed, insists on high level of performance and does not become resigned to the inevitability of delays. Willingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative delivery mechanisms Proven track record of delivery and a track record of achieving results through people in a matrix delivery team Proven track record in capability development Structured and methodical, detailed conscious planner. Preferably a member of the Association for Project Management, Prince 2 Practitioner, PMI equivalent or PPM accredited."
