"Plan and implement Project Quality Management activities within the project. Coordinate all Quality control activities relating to the project. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides the necessary back-up to the Project Manager regarding contractual issues relating to Quality during project execution phase. 2. Supports the Project Manager in dealing with Clients about all the Quality matters and contract requirements. 3. Plans and allocates Quality functions to the various areas of the project. 4. Coordinates the preparation of the Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans and Project Quality Procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and ISO Standards. 5. Supports the Project Manager in the preparation of the Project management procedures (Execution Plans, Interface, Coordination procedures, etc.) 6. Coordinates the Project Document management and control activities. 7. Performs Quality Induction activities within the various area of the Project. 8. Work in collaboration with manufacturing sites in order to monitor product quality and potential impacts on project's life 9. Assesses the suitability of vendors and sub-contractors for individual projects. 10. Interfaces with responsible for inspection and control activities (for materials and relevant suppliers). 11. Coordinates and supervise all the Quality Control activities (mainly regarding Company and Subcontractor activities). 12. Assesses the Quality Control Plans of sub-contractors and identify any necessary corrective measures. 13. Monitors, supports the engineering roles, the collection of ""As built"" data for projects. 14. Supports Project Manager in preparation of monthly report. 15. Provides periodical analysis of project date (NCs-Non Conformity, complaints and lesson learnt). 16. Monitors adequate close out of NCs- Non Conformity and events. 17. Ensures contract review and project close out are adequately performed. 18. Initiates and promotes all necessary corrective actions for any failure identified within Project Quality System. JOB REQUIREMENTS: -At least 5 years Project Quality experience in structured environments exposed to manufacturing and/or complex projects -Technical background and preferably Degree in Technical Engineering disciplines -Proven track record in Project Quality Management and execution. -Strong people management/influencing skills, good team player. -Organisational skills and attention to documentation and detail. -Languages, excellent written/spoken English - High PC literacy -Lean Six Sigma knowledge/experience/certification"
