In line with the strategic guidelines received from Corporate Marketing, the On Board Revenue Content Specialist supports internal and external agencies in creating and delivering on-time, on-brand and on-budget marketing materials- with a guest first approach- in order to contribute to positive ratings and on board revenue attainment and effective communication on MSC Cruises ships.
Contributes in managing ongoing and tactical actions to support Shore Excursions Business and Food and Beverage Marketing Activities (pre-cruise and on board);
Follows, reviews and requests approval for copy and content translations respecting budget and purchase orders;
Updates on board Point of Sales materials to drive sales based on seasonal and canvas changes (Rollup banners, desk signs, cruise talk slides etc.);
Updates destination guides based on seasonal and canvas changes;
Provides digital content (i.e. MSC for Me Content) for new ships and repositioning cruises, with focus on Shorex and F&B;
Supports business owner in the development of marketing assets that stimulate pre-cruise and on board purchases.
Fluent English. Any other EU language is considered an advantage;
BA or MA in Marketing;
A previous working experience on-board a cruise ship in On Board Revenue or Guest Relations is preferred;
Knowledge of MS Office package;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and to coordinate complex tasks;
Strong time management and team working skills.
