The Head of IT CRM is responsible for providing Analytics and CRM services to our business, articulating the IT CRM, Marketing Automation and Business Intelligence Strategy, managing internal and external resources for the entire service line.

They are also responsible for driving a program of change to improve Analytics governance and reorganizing main CRM business processes supported by scalable and agile IT systems and so as delivering a roadmap of improvements supportive to our business and technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Defines the IT CRM & BI strategy for the group;
Responsible for Budget preparation, IT business partnership with functional stakeholders, team coordination and resource capacity planning;
Coordinate internal and external resources for the management of BI and CRM service lines end to end (new projects, operations, demand management, incident management);
Evaluates technology and components against existing and future needs;
Champions enterprise effectiveness methodologies;
Assesses the compatibility and integration of proposed architecture solutions to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies;
Supports change readiness initiatives as needed, defines a proper delivery model;
Responsible for vendor management and RFPs;
Ability to lead the team by example in terms of best practice behaviors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (skills, Competencies, Experience):

Fluent in English, both oral and written (for technical and non-technical stakeholders). Any additional European language is an advantage;
Master degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or comparable discipline;
Experience in management consulting is a strong plus;
Excellent project and program management capabilities;
10+ years’ experience in BI and CRM with significant deliveries for big enterprise, both B2B and B2C;
Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills: ability to communicate at all levels of an organization;
Extensive knowledge in DWH modelling, data visualization, marketing campaign automation, CRM and CTI processes and tools;
Ability to build a collaborative working relationship between the IT department and the broader business counterparts;
Manage Vendor / 3rd party relationships by setting SLA’s and service expectations, completing a regular review of service performance;
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for 10%;
