STEAM ENGINE WITH 30% EFFICIENCY -
A NEW ERA OF ENERGY STEAM
The STEAMMOTOR steam engine is a real revolution because, with a 30% efficiency, it allows the steam power to be used effectively and consistently. These performance characteristics are nowadays only available with multistage turbines that, for high costs, are used in large multi-megawatt plants (from tens of millions). The technology we have patented, with reduced dimensions and costs, however contained, allows use even for small plants opening new roads for the production of energy, especially from renewable sources.
THE APPLICATIONS OF THE ENGINE THAT WE HAVE IDENTIFIED, VALID, AND DEFINITELY PERCORRIBLE, ARE THREE:
1. STEAM ENGINE APPLIED TO THE VALLEY OF COGENERATION PLANTS - RECOVERY OF THERMAL ENERGY, NORMALLY DISPERSED, ENHANCED BY 50% AND FREE OF CHARGE, THE TOTAL PERFORMANCE OF THE PLANT;
2. STEAM ENGINE APPLIED TO BIOMASS BOILER THROUGH STEAM GENERATOR ALLOWS TO PRODUCE ELECTRICITY WITH A 30% EFFICIENCY;
3. STEAM ENGINE APPLIED TO PYROLYSIS SYSTEMS THROUGH STEAM GENERATORS EXCHANGERS ALLOW HIGH PERFORMANCE WITHOUT THE PROBLEMS RELATIVE TO THE QUALITY OF THE GAS TO BE USED IN THE ENDOTHERMIC ENGINES AND THE CRITICALITY OF THE FREQUENT MAINTENANCE OF THE SAME.
For each of the three applications we have already prepared preliminary studies and projects of the exchangers that will have to produce the steam necessary for operation.
We are planning meetings with industrial companies that produce and market these plants.
