(with particular reference to legal issues concerning dealers and importers) and (mainly focusing on transport and handling providers). Main subjects: Civil, Commercial, Corporate Law, national and international agreements, compliance with Laws and Regulations. From April 2004: Position: in house legal counsel of Magneti Marelli Group on the premises of Magneti Marelli Sistemi Elettronici S.p.A., Corbetta (Milan). Main subjects: Civil and Commercial Law, national and international contracts, compliance with Laws and Regulations (with particular reference to D. Lgs. 231/01 and D. Lgs. 196/03 "Privacy Code").
