Our founder, Fabio Colapinto, with a great now how on Italian frozen food concept and twenty-year experience in planning and managing restaurants in Italy and the USA, thought why not take it to other parts of the world and went ahead to introduce the Italian frozen food concept in Japan and in India. India being one of the biggest markets for fast food in the world and our strong skills being a great ability of resource coordination, made us go ahead in starting 18 branches across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. A business which sees increase in sales every day. We believe in bringing in the authentic taste of Italian Cuisine to the consumers in a healthy way. We also look forward to cater our Lovin'Italy Fast food concept across various Cafeterias, Restaurants, air caterings, marriage caterings, malls, retail markets, and duty free outlets, food courts inside tech parks, educational university and college canteens. Our objective is to get our brand Lovin'Italy - The Italian fast food concept (frozen ready meal and Italian frozen pizza) along with the world's best loved pasta dishes to be served fast and fresh with the most authentic taste from Italy. And we also aim at creating a new brand through our own counters and also through franchisee models across India. "
