I love my work as facilitator of innovation, known from different perspectives, being:
a broker of innovation, thanks also to NineSigma, a partner and a global company, worldwide leader in Open Innovation;
a supporter to innovate the innovation process, through a methodology, "innov-action", developed with SCOA, a leader in coaching and training;
a designer of innovative supply chain in Industry, exploiting the power of new fuel and intermodality, as an example;
a start-upper in the field of VOIP technology, having co-founded Pointercom, one of the first company in Italy developing voice &video application for large carriers and corporation.
My managerial career - I was a Manager for more than twenty years in large multinational corporations. It was the way to create a deep understanding of management issues and challenges. I was responsible of ICT governance at Corporate level, of Worldwide Logistics in Part business, of Plant automation and Information Systems in steel business. These covered both staff and line responsibilities. The companies were: Fiat Group, Iveco Group, Ilva steel group.
My entrepreneurial career - My beginning was an "intrapreneur " experience, founding one of the first and larger telecommunication companies in the '90, delivering services through an Italy-wide network which integrated voice and data transmission. It was based on a complete redesign of the existing separate networks of the mother company: 20 Computer Farm connected and more than 10.000 users.
Then I founded the FareImpresa company with the idea in mind to exploit my knowlede in ICT to nurture the industry digitalization of "old economy" sectors and create new companies through start-up.
It was and it is a long journey which allows me to work with large companies, pubblic organizations and private investors and managers in order to:
redesign their information systems, through strategy analysys and planning;
propose new organizational structure for their ICT departments;
analysing the scenarios, relevant to the seeker commitment: ICT, Open innovation of Public Administration; Logistics;
diagnosing the Information System actual situation in order to generate a new plan: pension funds, industries
innovation: regenerating the processes of innovation, as per innov-action approach: large food multinational companies;
helping companies to search for solutions to their technology needs to innovate: the present partnership with NineSigma, open innovation market leader;
investing and participating in the development of start-up in hi-tech and in human resources services sectors: adavanced telecommunication services, as VOIP; high performance computer applications; coaching as SCOA, the school of coaching.
My digital and social media experience

The first opportunity was created by a large community of engineers and architects, to day more than 175.000 free professionals, which asked for a "tool" to improve their revenues; the commitment was given by their pension fund.
To day I manage and develop a network of more than 7.600 people.
The projects we have launched in five years were many and covered these main issues:
creativity round tables: to identify needs and generate ideas to develop their business;
start up of entrepreneurial-like organizations: launched and supported eleven projects; some of them were successful and create new activities in areas like: security in construction, architects on the road (urban regeneration), association to partecipate to tenders;
internationalization projects: innovative roadmap to create innovative offers to a specific targeted country and aggregating free professionals with entrepreneurs to make business.
Master in Coaching - the trigger was the consciousness that the innovation is done by people and that technology is a key driver, which has to be managed and exploited carefully. Two years of study, practitioning and reflections, gave me the opportunity to understand the value of: listening, stimulating feedback, enlarging creativity toolmongery, transformational journeys, coach2coachee interaction, value added by project coaching and many others. I apply coaching approach in any professional activities because it gives a special energy and value to my partner's and client's assets.
The point I'd like to outline for your further thinking is that you are the key of your future. You can build instead of forecasting. Your management team can be nurtered to become more and more pro-active and engaged. The solutions to your challenges are there, outside your organization, somewhere in the world.
