Tax law is a discipline that now directly and indirectly affects every sector of the economic and legal world. Therefore, advisory activities are essential in guiding clients in their operational choices, identifying the best strategies to pursue in their dealings with the tax authorities. We offer clients advice through constant support to ensure the selection of the most appropriate solutions while providing assistance in disputes with the tax authorities, local entities, and collection agents.
Client representation encompasses both judicial phases before the Tax Courts of First and Second Instance and the Supreme Court of Cassation, as well as non-judicial phases using tools to reduce litigation, such as self-remedy applications, negotiated settlements, and conciliation.
Examples of services provided include, but are not limited to:
• Assistance to taxpayers undergoing tax audits and checks;
• Preparation of self-remedy applications;
• Assistance and advice in negotiated settlements, judicial conciliation, and acquiescence;
• Management of tax litigation in its strict sense: preparation and support during tax appeals, appellate cases, and appeals to the Supreme Court of Cassation;
• Defense and representation before the Tax Courts of First and Second Instance, and ultimately, before the Supreme Court of Cassation;
• Advice on suspending precautionary and enforcement procedures initiated by the Collection Agent.
