On Friday 20 October from 4.30 pm in Salerno, Palazzo della Provincia, there will be the Awards Ceremony of the Third Edition of the "We are equal in diversity" competition of the Sustainable World Economic and Social Research Center.
A Jury evaluated the admitted works and awarded the best three classified for each section put up for competition and the special mentions. The children and young people of school age were awarded the special mention "Civic mind for a colorful world"
At the closing event, presented by Dr. Giovanni Moccia, President of the Study Center, Dr. Francesco Morra, Mayor of Pellezzano and Delegate Councilor for Culture of the Province of Salerno and Monsignor Michele Alfano, Honorary President of the association will speak first of all to say goodbye.
The technical interventions will be entrusted to Prof. Giovanni De Feo, professor of Industrial Ecology at the University of Salerno as well as President of the Jury and to Dr. Maria Carmela Morra, President of the Voltoalto Social Cooperative and publisher of the magazine "Il sole & le clouds ”
Giovanni De Feo, assisted by the other members of the Jury, has the task of presenting the work of the Jury and proclaiming the various winners and the recipients of the expected mentions.
This edition sees two significant innovations.
The first is the introduction of the Mondi Sostenibili Award dedicated to a personality from our territory, but not only, for his commitment to culture and sustainability. For this first edition the association unanimously awarded the prize to Sen. Alfonso Andria.
Another important news is the side launch of the competition for the territorial marketing project "Salerno per Voi" which can be consulted with a specific QR Code and created by Tiziana Orso.
The organizational structure of the Study Centre, in addition to Moccia and Alfano, is completed with Eng. Vincenzo Leone, founding member and Vice President, with Professor Angelina Sessa, founding member, Head of Culture as well as organizational curator of the Competition and with Dr. Vincenzo Bisogno, Head of Graphics and Communication, assisted for the video processing part by Antonio Moccia.
The appointment is therefore on Friday 20 October starting from 4.30 pm at the Salone Bottiglieri of the Palazzo della Provincia di Salerno and in live streaming on the Youtube channel and the Facebook page of Radio Ponte Regeneration, media partner of the event with Media Consulting as responsible for the communication of the event.
