Today, nearly 4 billion people in the world have an e-mail, phone number or social account with which they obtain information, use useful services, play games and do so much more, increasing the value of the provider companies without deriving any economic benefit.



It all began in 1991, when the birth of the Word Wild Web, known as WEB 1, was announced. It implements an interconnection of users based on simple communication networks; it develops sites, portals and web service platforms in which users can only browse, browse through the virtual catalog of products, delving into their features, and buy from companies' websites. Users lack the ability to interact with each other and with content.





It was WEB 2 that filled this gap. With the debut of Wikipedia in 2001 and the first blog platforms (such as Blogger or the Italian Splinder), it became easier for all Web users to communicate, create content, and have an active part in the Web. This aspect took a further leap forward with the emergence of social networks, which are based entirely on user-generated content. An important side effect of the spread of platforms such as Facebook, Twitter,..etc is to have delivered a large part of the Web into the hands of a very few giants, centralizing a reality that, in earlier incarnations, was much more distributed.



In short, the Web giants increase their value through the activities and data of users who, instead, derive no economic benefit.

Radical changes are needed in order to allow the system to evolve, to become virtuous and long-lasting.

This is precisely the goal of WEB 3 and Sharin'App, to decentralize the Net again and create a widespread digital economy, based no longer on advertising or subscriptions, but on participation. All this, with the contribution of blockchain.

It wants to be a network in which content and services no longer reside on servers and platforms that belong to multinational corporations and companies, but are spread evenly across the network. Through democratic participation, users could finally monetize data sharing. The content produced by users would, in fact, remain in the hands of the legitimate authors, and would no longer end up under the umbrella of platforms, such as Tik Tok, Instagram, and YouTube.

According to several studies, all platforms that will adopt the " WEB 3 " mode (close to 0% to date), will allow the user to benefit from every action or content paving the way for exponential growth due to the spontaneous virality that is implicit in the system.

Sharin'App, which originates from the word sharing "sharing," wants to solve this problem and grow together with its community, which is composed of users active in a wide variety of areas of the web.

A very simple example is sharing a post, photo, article, video, ...etc. Currently, the moment we share something, we allow thousands of users to see the content and, consequently, all the attached advertisements that bring economic benefits purely to the platform.

With the new mode, the user who shares will also be able to benefit, as part of the value produced will be credited directly to his or her account. This dynamic produces a positive effect and convenience in the users who gradually and spontaneously will be led to become an active part of the project and the activity proposed in the platform, monetizing and reusing the income also for purchases in the same.

The user becomes the protagonist and is valued together with the company, participating in a growth of shared value.

Emotional innovation revolves around sharing value with our users, who get, with every single action they perform, a revenue proportional to the action performed (sharing, word of mouth, a sale ... etc) as proactive protagonists of the platform.



With Sharin'App, we have created a unique platform specializing in shared gain, where every action is valued. The first market in which we have incorporated these logics, before opening others as well, is e-commerce and services that involve an economic transaction.



We make new products, services, used products, coupons, reviews, online auctions, comparators, etc. coexist in one environment. We also channel every product and service sold into the web and offer new opportunities to users, companies, bloggers and influencers.



The road to the realization of the application required us, and still requires us, to work hard: we have thought about and elaborated protected algorithms, artificial intelligence technologies, elements of business intelligence automation. We are, in addition, in the process of creating a new device that will allow us to certify the hardware patent.



Our determination is unwavering; we are a startup formed by a team of 10 experts in the field, continually looking to grow by incorporating other extraordinary people. We are led by Michael Boldarino, who is also currently a director of several successful companies such as RN srl and Gruppo Boldarino srl.



For our project we already have more than 850,000 euros of investment to our credit, considering also external investments to support the company, 50,000 users and 3,000 assets from strategic partnerships. At launch we expect to have 400,000 products, 100,000 ads and 5,000 coupons published.
