As a Partnership Manager, you will be a key member of our Milan based partnerships team, playing a viral role in growing our subscriber base and increase DAZN customers’ engagement and satisfaction. Your key objective will be to build new partnerships opportunities, with a strong focus on OEMs and Financial Services. At the same time, you’ll get excited by finding ways tp leverage existing partnership channels, showcasing DAZNs content portfolio.
How do we do this? Mainly through delivering engaging marketing campaigns with our partners in Italy. Our partnership campaigns will make up a crucial part of the DAZN marketing mix and help us with business acquisitions and drive quality demand generation, increasing our brand perception and providing long-term valuable customers.
In this role you’ll get the chance to work closely with all areas of the business, shaping the local partnerships strategy.
What we’ll need from you besides partnerships experience within OTT, Telco, broadcasting or OEM industry? You’ll just need to be comfortable in a fast-moving, international and commercial environment, and be approachable and professional in working across the DAZN business and in daily communications with our partners.

As our new Partnership Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Pro-active scouting of new partners and active partnership management within the Italian market
Ensure that the execution of campaigns is managed properly, with the right attention to detail.
Measuring campaign results through data, supporting our partners in adopting the right tactics to ensure campaign performance
Collaborate with business intelligence, analytics and finance teams to strategically plan and forecast campaigns, as well as provide regular performance updates back to our partners and across the business
Share results and best practices with internal stakeholders at the local and global level
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
Experience working in partnerships, ideally in the OTT or at least a similar industry (telco, broadcasting, OEMs)
You are confident in building strong and trusted relationships with partners to form a basis for a valuable commercial roadmap
Experience in continuously research industry developments and customers’ insights to identify opportunities for future development, as well as in-depth competitor analysis of other content providers in your market
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and projects at a time.
Ability to prioritise and manage internal objectives, while being conscious of partners’ commercial needs
Fluent in Italian and English
