Bulgari Spa, within its HR Department, is searching for a Recruiter Specialist based in Rome.

Ensure the Recruiting and Mobility service according to the business objective and priorities. Lead the recruiting activities ensuring the best match between available positions and candidates skills and aspirations.

Accountabilities:

- Act as a Project Manager coordinating the whole recruiting process: studying the job descriptions and qualifications according to manager’s needs and organizational constraints, identifying the best recruiting channels, running individual interviews or group assessment with the support of proper assessment tools, monitoring the job offer process
- Be a point of reference for internal clients managing the relationship with them from the recruiting planning to the hiring finalization
- Manage the recruiting budget of reference, maximizing the initiatives results
- Support the introduction of new recruiting tools implementation
In line with the guidelines, support the manager in improving the recruiting process through the optimization of the existing tools and proposing and sharing new ideas and solutions to foster the recruiting attraction
- Cooperate on improving suppliers network by periodically reviewing contracts, scouting new suppliers and monitoring quality, cost and budget
- Propose and nurture strategic partnerships with Schools, Universities and Institutions to foster attraction and fuel internal specialized sourcing needs, participating to on-campus initiatives and events with potential candidates
- Support the internal mobility within Bulgari and LVMH brands: mantain constant contact with HR counterparts, ensure full set of information and feedback to candidates, their manager and internal/external HRDs
- Ensure reporting on recruiting and mobility actions

Professional skills:
