Key activities and responsibilities of the role:

Drive qualified traffic to our websites globally, where ecommerce sites are present, with a direct focus on North America, Europe, and a strong coordination on China, Brazil, Australia, Japan
Lead the performance marketing campaigns, increasing both our brand awareness and revenues with innovative campaigns online
Work cross functionally to ensure we have the right infrastructure and attribution models to build scalable ROI positive campaigns
Ensure all managed channels are at the forefront of leveraging opportunities and innovation
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of channel KPIs
Work closely with the wider marketing team (CRM, Brand, Communications, PR, Social) to share learnings and align on marketing campaigns and storytelling
Align and contribute to our growing strategy


We think you could be perfect for this role if you have:

4-6 years of experience
Deep knowledge of online advertising platforms, analytics tools, and testing methodologies
Experience running campaigns at scale
Analytical operator and strong communicator
Online acquisition marketing experience
Significant experience building and scaling a large acquisition program that targets customers at all stages of the funnel
Uses customer insights and a deep understanding of human psychology to develop creative acquisition tactics
Fluency in acquisition metrics and able to orchestrate and evaluate large campaigns that span numerous channels
Hands-on experience in performance marketing, specialised in different channels: Mobile, PPC, SEO, Affiliate marketing, Paid Social, Programmatic Display/Retargeting
Data driven with exceptional analytical skills. Advanced Excel or equivalent is crucial to analyse large and disjoint data sets
Knowledge of leading technology tools to measure and attribute performance drivers
Strategic – being able to translate data into meaningful actions that contribute to the business goals
Able to take initiative and confident to carry out work based upon their skills
Willing to work in a team or on their own depending on the project or task
Strong organisational skills - able to plan, establish processes and track results
