The position is responsible for different processes and activities in the HR Operations & Supply Chain Team. The job reports directly to the HR Operations & Supply Chain Director.

Key Accountabilities

Coordinate/prepare specific material for the main HR processes such as: salary and bonus review performance evaluation budget and WFP;
Support employees with any basic queries or requirements (asking appropriate solutions to the HR Team);
Support in compiling information and statistics on the economic proposals of both labor and management;
Ensure adherence to established policies and practices;
Follow integration of new comers;
File documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment and leaves;
Ensure the relevant HR Internal System database is up to date;
Recruitment process: manage relations with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and job analysis, create job descriptions, carry out cv screenings, telephone screening and first round interviews with candidates; liaise with recruitment agencies or head-hunters; ensure that all recruitment needs are carried out in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Job Requirements:

Master's Degree and/or MBA in Human Resources Management;
A minimum of 5-7 years work experience in HR management;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Excellent working knowledge of labour law;
Good in English;
Passion for Human Resources and the improvement of procedures;
Team player and relationship builder;
People-oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude;
Strong Work Ethic and Integrity.
